The Usage of All in one Knocker 
- In case of a constant blow to the powder or row material.
- The point of a bottleneck where workers must hammer, etc. from time and again
- Resolving the rearrangement of materials due to the high vibration and high power of existing vibrators.
- In case a blow is required by pneumatic alone without electrical equipment in the location of explosion hazard.
Features of All in one Knocker
- Improved internal air circuit and controlled by pneumatic only through check valve and spool valve.
- Use direct / indirect strike-compatible brackets to maximize user convenience.
- Control of strike number through speed control valve without solenoid valve.
- Adjustable strike force according to user. (AK-22, 38, 55)

Precautions of All in one Knocker
- Please use a filter before the AK Knocker as close as possible, for supplying Clean Dry Air
- Recommended air pressure: 3~6kg/㎠
- Recommended air temperature: 0~60℃
- Recommended operating time: 8 hour/1 day
- Please check supplying air pressure. And supply nonvolatile oil through a lubrigator. (* Operation pressure : 5~7kg/㎠)
- Please set a swich for only using the knocker.
- You can control output knocking force and frequency through adjustment pressure and flow rate.
- Please assemble the AK KNOCKER on the device where you want to give knockings, with bolts and spring washers firmly.
