• MEMBRANE DRYER
  • ATMD-150
  • Pneumatic Membrane Dryer
  • Membrane dryers, which cost less to install than adsorbent pneumatic dryers, can supply fully dried compressed air at up to 40℃ or below.

Usage

  • When using clean and completely dry compressed air in machine tools or precision in dustries,
  • When improving the quality of compressed air used in clean rooms or air curtains.
  • When dry air is required during the production of secondary batteries

Features

  • Generate compressed air of dew point -40℃
  • Adjustable flow rate and dew point depending on the purpose of use; (Adjustable flow rate of purge air)
  • Maximize efficiency with RF-350 of our product components

Principle of membrane dryer

The principle of membrane material used in compressed air systems is to allow internal coatings to drain water more easily than 20,000 times than through air, with membrane coated with ultra-thin layers thinner than light wavelengths, the secondary plastic forming actual vapor separated from air on the inner surface of the Hollow Fiber. As the moist compressed air is transported to the module and passes through the hollow fiber, the water vapor passes through the membrane and is forced outwards by the driving force of the compressed air. In the compressed air system, compressed air is used to reverse a very small amount fo air from the membrane module to the cell side, causing a heat exchange to occur and lowering the temperature inside the membrane to produce dry compressed air that is cooled and has no humidity.

Applications

  • Ultra-precision machine

  • Secondary battery production

  • Dental compressor

  • Air component related

※ Please consider medical and food-related use through consultation.

Precautions

  • Please observe the pressure of use.
  • Recommended air pressure: 3~6kg/㎠
  • Recommended air temperature: 0~60℃
  • Recommended operating time: 8 hour/1 day
  • The sole use of the membrane dryer can significantly reduce life expectancy due to moisture and oil in the air input.
  • Please install the water / oil separator filter on the pre-use panel. (RF-350)
  • Please install it indoors without being exposed to snow, rain, or wind. (Observe usage temperature)
  • If the pressure is 50% or more compared to the initial installation, you need to replace the membrane filter.
  • Before piping compressed air, check the suspension of the compressor and install it safety
