Features of Pneumatic Chiller
- Unlike other general cooling air conditioners, this is a device that cools/supplies compressed air-through a compressor.
- It provides improved cooling performance (low temperature ↓, flow rate ↑) by overcoming the limitations of existing air coolers (vortex tubes).
- It can be used for various applications such as cutting and welding that require cooling.
- Because the compressed air is cooled, a corresponding flow rate with pressure can be continuously -supplied to the local area.
- In addition, it can be applied in various applications where cooled air pressure is required.

Precautions of Air Cooler
- There is a risk of electric shock to the input/output terminals of parts related to electricity.
- Recommended air pressure: 3~6kg/㎠
- Recommended air temperature: 0~60℃
- Recommended operating time: 8 hour/1 day
- If air pipes or the drainage discharge unit are to be removed, compressed air should be completely released beforehand
- Do not modify, disassemble or repair the product. (* Product warranty cannot be guaranteed due to the reason)
- Do not use fluids other than compressed air
- It is recommended to use under the following temperature and pressure.
Recommended oper. temp.:0~50 ℃
Recommended oper. pressure:4~10 bar - Please avoid to use in humid or dusty locations
- Do not apply excessive shock or pile heavy objects on the product.
- SH-SERIES are designed to keep noise pollution at a minimum.
SH-SERIES’s average noise : over 80dB - Be careful not to manipulate or touch anyone other than the person in charge who is familiar with the above.
